About the Reading Terminal Market

Not only is walking through Reading Terminal helpful to see it in the eyes as an event venue, but once you feel the energy and smell the freshly prepared food that the market has to offer, you will instantly get excited to begin the planning! After the site tour, the All About Events team will fully explain the catering and beverage packages, and with your input, will prepare a proposal including the delicious options you desire.
- Private events over 50 guests begin at 7pm Monday-Saturday and can start as early as 6pm on Sunday’s. Events less than 50 guests can be held during market hours in City Kitchen and Rick Nichols Room.
- Reading Terminal Market accommodates events from 10 to 2,000 people. (For events with a guest count larger than 2,000 people, please contact Sarah Morrison for more options)!
- Catering packages include tables, chairs, linens, catering menu, our signature biodegradable plates, napkins and platinum plastic silverware, taxes and service charge, RTM maintenance and security, venue fee, as well as your wait staff and professional planning management team. (Beverage packages priced separately)
- Molly Malloy’s (the newly renovated beer garden inside the market) provides all alcoholic beverages, sodas, water, mixers, bar fruit, and bar tenders for special events.
