Coat Check Attendant
A Coat Check Attendant is to maintain a hospitable, professional, service-oriented demeanor at all times, in addition to upholding a professional appearance when in contact with patrons and associates. Tasks include sustaining a clean and organized coat check area, retrieving coats and outerwear attire from patrons, hanging retrieved coats and outerwear attire tidily on an appropriate hanger, placing coat check tabs on applicable hangers in numerical order, and providing patrons with a corresponding coat check ticket to ensure a successful pick up. Valued added expertise such as prior customer service, operative organization skills, fast-paced work environment, and having the capability to construct metal freestanding coat racks is of preference. A Coat Check Attendant shift can begin as early as 5:00pm and can conclude as late as 1:00pm, on occasion.
Performing duties of Wait Staff require prolonged standing, routine walking, and occasional lifting. Tasks include fashioning a clean event space through sweeping and mopping prior to the event, accurately re-position dining tables, high top tables, and chairs to run parallel with final floor plan, dressing dining tables and high top tables with linens, centerpieces, and table décor, assembling creative food stations, obtaining a true understanding of menu item ingredients and pronunciation, servicing menu items to patrons, maintaining cleanliness, busing patrons’ plates, napkins, utensils, and beverages, and breaking down the event upon conclusion. Valued added expertise such as prior serving experience and fast-paced work environment is of preference. A Wait Staff shift can begin as early as 5:00pm and can conclude as late as 1:00am, on occasion.
