A little about us… My company’s most recent champagne moment was the heartwarming celebration we had for our 10th anniversary in July 2016. It was a milestone I have dreamed of achieving, and now that we have surpassed that mark, the team and I are dreaming even bigger! I truly believe that the continued success of All About Events comes from a few essential components. Staying true to our customer service standards, having a passionate team of dedicated, hardworking individuals that put our customers’ needs first, and the amazing client reviews and referrals that we receive has kept us growing in this industry. The company’s culture revolves around the power of relationships, as it has proven to be the root of existence. Relationships are formed and strengthened with everyone from our couples and their families as well as each event professional we have the pleasure of working with. Additionally, being willing to take risks or doing the unthinkable when needed and doing whatever it takes to ensure the event is executed successfully is what makes us different. Sarah opened the doors of All About Events back in 2006. With extensive training in catering, event management, wedding planning and leadership, Sarah has successfully built All About Events to offer a wide range of event related services such as wedding planning, venue management, off-premises catering and festival planning. Sarah has planned events all over the world including the Caribbean, Europe and throughout the United States.
Director of Special Events
With over 10 years of event planning experience, Bree is still eager to learn, grow and have fun with each client. She has planned everything from fashion shows, festivals, and fundraisers to birthday parties, weddings, mitzvahs and beyond! Drawing inspiration from the unique love story that leads every couple to the altar, Bree works closely with clients to fulfill their vision and their perfect wedding day.
Senior Sales Manager
Christina is not just someone who embodies a tireless work ethic with impeccable attention to detail, but she is also a promise. A promise that you will receive the absolute best of everything, as she shares her expertise you will need to inspire your guests, together with recommending preferred partners. Christina truly believes she has her dream job. She LOVES what she does and it shows! When she’s not planning seamless soirees, she can be found planning her big day.
Director of Event Operations
Stevie’s journey to the hospitality industry is anything short of unique. Initially pursuing interests in the medical field, Stevie found her niche in serving others. Stevie began as a waitress and experienced career advancement through management for over 8 years. Stevie’s eye for aesthetically pleasing design, and foreknowledge of event functionality bring a well-rounded approach to All About Events.
Louis has an extensive background in the entertainment and hospitality industry, making him a celebrated addition to our Operations Team. He has a special knack for taking care of others and making them feel welcome. Whether a social or corporate event, Louis is always sure to make every guest feel like a guest of honor.
Demitra joined the All About Events team full-time after three years of working on the catering staff. She loves being a part of the magical transformation of Reading Terminal Market from an iconic historical attraction to an exclusive private event venue. Demitra is looking forward to executing many more events with All About Events in the greater Philadelphia area and beyond!
Hailey found passion for event planning after attending her first wedding a couple of years ago, as she fell in love with the idea of making someone’s special day one to remember for a lifetime. Her dedication to clients is evident, as she will go above and beyond ensuring everything is executed to perfection. In her free time, you can find Hailey exploring Philadelphia and spending time with friends and family.
Marketing & Event Coordinator
Laura started her journey at AAE as a planning intern while studying to receive her BA at Temple University. Laura’s love of technology and innate creativity has lead to her transition into a full time role as our Marketing and Event Coordinator. She has mastered her design and editing skills as our in-house graphic designer for all of our client’s event signage and branding. Laura spends her free time exploring the city with her rescue pup, Skye, and reigning as the Queen of Netflix.
Katey began her journey at AAE in November 2018 when her creativity and attention to detail attracted her to the world of event planning. With a degree in communications and a love for connecting with people–planning and managing events has been a natural fit. She recently moved to Philadelphia from Vermont and enjoys all things outdoors, exploring her new city, cooking or imbibing at one of Philadelphia’s many renowned beer gardens.
